Returns & Exchanges

At Sunk’n City, we want you to love every piece you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return process simple and easy.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Items returned that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a refund.

Exchanges
Need a different size or item? We gladly offer exchanges based on product availability. If your requested item is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be issued instead.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Worn or washed merchandise
  • Items without original tags

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

How to Start a Return
To begin a return or exchange, please email:

support@sunkncity.com

Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
